As Vice President, Mr. William Xu oversees all hotel operations, current construction projects, and future pipeline developments. Mr. Xu communicates with project managers, designers, and consultants to complete design and structural features before continuing on to the next step of the development.

Mr. Xu joined United Construction and Development Group in 2016 with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has opened hotel properties and established himself within international brands including Marriott International, Kimpton Hotels, and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

Mr. Xu has combined his hotel expertise and operational skills to produce successful hotel openings and quality management strategies within the United Construction and Development Group.
