Construction began in November 2017 and was completed in 2022. Skyline Towers will have a gross square footage of 961,000 sq ft.

Our proposed hotel will occupy the building from the 1st to 5th floors, with a total of 206 hotel keys. There will be 18,452 square feet of community facilities on the 1st floor. 130 condominium units will consume the 6th to 15th floors.

Located in Elmhurst, an up-and-coming neighborhood in Queens. This mixed-use project contains 184 residential condominium units, 4 floors of retail and office spaces as well as a total of 230 parking spaces. Each unit has it's own private balcony or terrace space for relaxation.

We broke ground in early 2015. The total area will be approximately 115,700 square feet.
