Originally the headquarter location of United Plumbing and United Construction, the exact spot where Mr. Jia Shu (Chris) Xu started his business more than 20 years ago in the early 90’s.

This project is situated near LaGuardia and JFK airports, all within close proximity to the 7 train, the LIRR, and four major parkways. Located right inside a highly concentrated hub, Flushing downtown has hundreds of Asian and American restaurants and businesses. In addition, there is a large mix of local businesses ranging from phone accessories to high-end watch/purse retailers, all within the vicinity of 10 to 20 blocks.

Our proposed hotel will occupy the building from the 1st to 5th floors, with a total of 208 hotel keys. There will be 18,452 square feet community facility at the 1st floor. 120 condominium units will take up the 6th to 15th floors.
