Responsibilities
- Work closely with lead construction project manager with daily coordination
- Participate in design meetings and review design drawings
- Verify project budgets before they are entered into job cost
- Coordinate submittal data review and submission process
- Coordinate between trades all contract work that needs to be completed
- Responsible for the overall success of assigned projects with respect to project completion within safety, time, quality and cost targets
- Perform site visits as needed to stay up-to-date on the progress of the project
- Ensure subcontractors are scheduled as necessary to meet the construction schedule
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors on-site and ensure they complete their tasks
- Review weekly project progress using job cost reports, budget vs actual, vendor costs, labor hours, and other related information to ensure the project is performing at a satisfactory level
- Participates in training, safety, or other operational improvement discussions for the purpose of generating continual improvement for the company and its staff
Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Possess knowledge on work performed by MEP trades such as Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Sprinkler, and Fire Alarm
- 2-3 years of Project Manager experience in a similar role preferred
- Mandarin-English bilingual preferred
Job Type: Full-time In Person
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
