Responsibilities
- Develop project plans that outline scope, timeline, and resources required for projects
 
- Manage project schedules using construction management software such as BuilderTrend
 
- Read and interpret architectural plans to understand project specifications and requirements
 
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule
 
- Work with accounting team in preparation of bank requisitions
 
- Manage and lead pre-construction meetings for all subcontractors and vendors
 
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
 
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and implement solutions
 
- Prepare and maintain contracts, ensuring all parties adhere to the agreed terms throughout the project lifecycle
 
- Review and authorize the purchase of project material (buyouts and pickups)
 
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
 
- Must be familiar with architectural plans and understand construction contracts
 
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
 
- Previous experience managing construction sites is an advantage
 
- Understanding of heating, cooling and hydronic systems, as well as knowledge of plumbing standards, are required
 
- Mandarin-English bilingual preferred
 
Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
 
- Related experience and/or training in mechanical trades, specifically mechanical piping and HVAC or equivalent combination of education and experience
 
Job Type: Full-time In person
Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000 per year
