Crystal Xu brings a dynamic and diverse background to her role as Director of Business Development. A graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Management, she later earned her Master of Science in Hotel, Resort, Food & Beverage Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School in Leysin, Switzerland.

Crystal began her career in the event and catering industry, where she planned and executed a wide range of events—from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate and international functions. In 2020, she pivoted into the real estate industry, applying her strong people skills and strategic mindset to building lasting relationships with community partners, business owners, and stakeholders. Today, Crystal leads business development initiatives with a focus on expanding the company’s residential, retail and commercial presence. Her ability to connect, collaborate, and cultivate meaningful partnerships has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growing portfolio.
